Polyamide Rolling

Single or Two Colour Systems Available

This is where two individual aluminium profiles are rolled together using a Polyamide insulated strip as a bridge to form a finished profile. Profiles can be rolled together either before or after rolling thus offering a single or two colour systems.

All profiles pass through a knurling process prior to insertion and rolling of the strip, after which all quality control checks and shear values are recorded prior to profiles being packed ready for despatch.

We can offer to stock your polyamide strip sizes to suit your requirements thus avoiding stock outs and long lead times for strip. This allows us to offer you a faster more efficient turnaround to you.

With more than 57 Years of Experience in the field, we know our industry like the back of our hands.

We love what we do and it shows. There’s no challenge too big or too small, and we dedicate our utmost energy to every project we take on.

Powder Coating

Extrusions of up to 7 metres long, even flexible polyamide types automatically transferred to the vertical plane.

Protective Tape

Low Tack protective tape offers protection during transportation and fixing damage when on site.

Polyamide Rolling is used not only in fenestration, but in a wide range of industries, including automotive, industrial machinery, aerospace, and consumer goods. Any industry that requires high-strength, lightweight, and durable polyamide-based components can benefit from Polyamide Rolling.
Some important considerations when using Polyamide Rolling for manufacturing include selecting the appropriate polyamide material for the application, ensuring that the equipment used is properly maintained and calibrated, and monitoring the process to ensure that the desired tolerances are achieved. Additionally, post-processing steps such as annealing or finishing may be necessary to achieve the desired properties or surface finish.
